 There are two types of investors

 Bear is said to those investors who think that today the stock market is going to go down, then they sell the shares when the market goes down, they earn profit by buying their sold shares.  In such a situation, some investors also earn profit by short selling.


 On the day the stock market goes up, it is told through news channels, newspapers, or the internet that today the stock market is bullish, if the stock market falls then it is told that today the stock market is bearish.

 Bulls and Bears are more spoken words in the stock market, so it is important to understand them.

 Meaning of bulls and bears


We have already been told that bull means bull and bear means bear, but you would think that what is the work of bull and bear in the stock market.  Please tell that in the stock market Bull means bullish and Bear means bearish.


 Why were the Bulls and Bears named?


 You must be thinking that after all, there is some reason why this name was given to show the boom and recession in the stock market.


 Bull means bull which is an animal, and the bull has some nature of its own that whenever the bull dies someone, it lowers its head and throws its prey up.


 Similarly, in the stock market, when the stock suddenly rises from the bottom, it is considered as the action of bulls, and the stock is called bullish.


 Bear i.e. Bear which is also an animal, which also has some movement, that it falls its prey from top to bottom, so if a stock falls downwards then it is considered as Bear's movement,  And the stock market is called bearish.


 Importance of Bulls and Bears


 We have already been told that Bull and Bear are the most commonly used words in the stock market, and both in fundamental analysis and technical analysis, the words Bull and Bear are used a lot in stock market research.


 If today the stock market closes above the closing price of the previous day, then the market is considered bullish.


 If today the stock market closes below the closing price of the previous day, then the market is considered bearish.


 Identification of Bulls and Bears

 The chart of the stock market is divided into two parts.

 The first bullish that we recognize by the color GREEN or BLUE.

 The second bearish which we recognize by the color red.
